Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or on which a third party appointed by You—other than the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service.
We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
